These Terms apply to all of your activities on the NancyTucker.com web site. We also provide details regarding the processing of our customers’ personal data in our Privacy Policy.

If you live in the United States or Canada, by agreeing to these Terms, you agree to resolve disputes with NancyTucker.com through binding arbitration (with very limited exceptions, not in court).

You need to create an account (register) to purchase products or view courses on our platform. Keep your password somewhere safe, because you are responsible for all activity associated with your account. If you suspect someone else is using your account, let us know by contacting us at woof@nancytucker.com. You must have reached the age of consent for online services in your country to purchase products on NancyTucker.com.

You have complete responsibility for your account and everything that happens on your account. You may not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else’s account. If you contact us to request access to an account, we will not grant you such access unless you can provide us with the information that we need to prove you are the owner of that account. In the event of the death of a user, the account of that user will be closed.

You may not share your account login credentials with anyone else. You can terminate your account at any time. Review our Privacy Policy to see what happens to your data and all of your account content when you terminate your account.

 

PRODUCT PURCHASES AND COURSE ENROLLMENTS:

When you enroll in a course, you get a license to view it via the NancyTucker.com web site and no other use. You may not transfer or resell site content, including courses, webinars, videos, or blog posts in any way. We grant you one (1) year, non-transferable access to most courses upon enrollment unless otherwise specified. Your access is solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course or other product unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a NancyTucker.com authorized representative.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENTS:

The listed prices you see are in USD (United States currency), exclusive of tax.  We are not responsible for currency exchange rates.  Registered users with a Canadian address will be charged GST (5%) and those with a Quebec address will also be charged PST (9.975%).

You agree to pay the fees for products that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for those fees. NancyTucker.com works with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods and to keep your payment information secure. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details.

When you make a purchase, you agree to only use a valid or authorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the course you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within thirty (30) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate payment.

 

REFUND POLICY:

If the course you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 30 days of your purchase of the course, that NancyTucker.com apply a refund to your account. We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a monetary refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment processing partners and other factors.

No refund is due to you if you request it after the 30-day time limit has passed. However, if a course you previously purchased is disabled by us, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 30-day limit.

If we decide to issue refund credits to your account, they will be automatically applied towards your next course purchase on our web site. Refund credits may expire if not used within the specified period, and have no cash value, in each case unless otherwise required by applicable law.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of a course that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded a course, we reserve the right to deny your refund, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of services offered on our web site. If we ban your account or disable your access to a course due to your violation of these Terms & Conditions, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.

 

AGREEMENT:

You agree that by registering, accessing, or using the services on our web site, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with NancyTucker.com. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register, access, or otherwise use any of our products or services.

 

DISCLAIMERS:

The content of the courses, webinars, and other materials are for educational purposes. Use it at your own risk. Any questions or concerns you may have about your dog’s health should be directed to a veterinarian. You assume full responsibility for your dog’s wellness, and by enrolling in or purchasing any course or webinar you acknowledge that you are responsible for any choices you make regarding your dog’s wellness before, during, and after such enrolment.

It may happen that our web site is down, either for planned maintenance or because something goes down with the site itself, the site’s host, internet providers, or other technical glitches.  Our web site may encounter security issues.  By using our web site, you accept that the content is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis.  We are not responsible for delay or failure of any of the services on our web site that may be caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
